Perhaps, some of you remember this guy from the picture ? This is my first plasticine animation which I remember pretty good from my kid days ;) Actually its not a "cartoon" its a stop-motion produced PC game from mid 90's :) All made of plasticine with help of 3d animation, but still all looks like plasticine made :) One of my top 10 games evrrrr! It's an adventure game and also trains your brain cells.
Oh YES!!! Everyone know what it is!!Best cartoon created in same time when I was a child :D I still remember how much I cried when I used to watch it :)
To give this characters and papers some life, 5k drawing hands worked hard.
They draw every single sec . But light and shadows were added on computers :) BIG PIECE OF VERY GOOD JOB! thx U Disney !!

3d technology opened new paths and opportunities in animation :) Toy Stoty, Shrek and much more which we all know. Modern computer programs overtook old fashioned pencils. Now we can put them on screen and push life into characters, give them chance to move and speak so then they can give a show in your own living room :)In similiar time VHS just passed by to the bottom of attic, so a while ago we could welcome CD - DVD format. Now probably it'll be same with DVD's as BLU RAY offers a stunning picture quality and crystal sound, much better than dvd quality. :)
Little bit sad but it's natural; not only in animal and human life something gone to give place to something new.
